Respecting your privacy is a priority for Macnash.

1. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data means any specific information relating to an identifiable natural person. This includes your name, first name, address, telephone number, e mail address, localisation, information you provided via our website or other contact channels.

2. THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller of your data is Macnash Associates ("Macnash", "we"). Macnash is a limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law with its registered office at 65 rue Darwin, 1050 Ixelles. Macnash is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number 0476.115.392.

3. PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

It is your right to be informed about the way data and information by which you can be personally identified, such as your name, first name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, localisation, etc., are processed. ("Your data"), which may be collected when you visit our website or use our services. Your data are collected and processed in accordance with the Belgian legislation in force, mainly the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 as of its application on 25 May 2018.

Macnash collects and processes your data only for specific and limited purposes aimed at:

The recipients of the data are the brokers of the Macnash network in Belgium.

Macnash will ensure that subcontractors guarantee the same level of protection as itself and will require a contractual guarantee that these subcontractors will only process your data for the authorised purpose, with appropriate discretion and security.

8. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DATA

Access to your data is restricted to our authorised staff within the authorised services of Macnash brokers in Belgium who require them and who observe strict confidentiality standards when handling your data. To ensure the security and confidentiality of your collected data, we have implemented the highest security standards and only work with subcontractors who are also subject to them. Despite our attempt to create a reliable and trustworthy website, we remind you that the Internet is not a completely secure environment. Consequently, Macnash does not accept any responsibility or guarantee for the security of your Data during their transmission over the Internet.

9.TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA ABROAD

Your Data may be transferred to companies in countries outside the European Union for the fulfilment of the purposes defined above.

Prior to transfer outside the European Union, and in accordance with applicable regulations, Macnash implements all procedures necessary to obtain the necessary safeguards to ensure such transfers.

We will share our newsletters, competitions or other information that may be of interest to you by email. You of course have the right at any time to object, free of charge, to the use of your email address to receive advertising offers from Macnash, its partners or third-party companies. All you have to do is contact us at the e-mail address info@macnash.com by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the advertising e-mail to oppose any subsequent sending of commercial offers. Only if you have agreed to this will we pass on your e-mail address to our partners and other external companies to send you offers for products or services that may be of interest to you.
